4. User Eligibility and Account Security

4.1 Eligibility

  • Users must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration.
  • The use of RIGUELNI is restricted to users with the legal capacity to enter contracts. Inaccurate or incomplete registration information may lead to account suspension or termination.

4.2 Account Security

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or breach of security regarding your account.
  • RIGUELNI will not be held liable for any loss incurred due to unauthorized account access if you fail to protect your login information.

5. Dual Role Functionality and User Responsibilities

5.1 Dual Role Management

  • Buyers (Clients): Responsible for purchasing services, reviewing freelancer profiles, and making prompt payments upon project completion.
  • Sellers (Freelancers): Responsible for creating and listing gigs, setting prices, delivering work in accordance with project guidelines, and communicating professionally with clients.

5.2 General User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use RIGUELNI solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You must refrain from posting any content that is false, misleading, or violates any third-party rights.
  • Users are expected to treat one another respectfully. Harassment, defamation, or any abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.

6. Payment Terms and Financial Transactions

6.1 Payment Processing

  • All transactions on the platform are processed securely via ChargilyPay.
  • Users agree to pay any applicable fees or charges associated with their transactions as described during the payment process.
  • RIGUELNI may charge additional fees for dispute resolution services or for managing cancellations.

6.2 Refunds and Cancellations
